These terms and conditions apply to purchase of goods on www.inxy.gg for delivery worldwide.


Ordering and payment

www.inxy.gg is open 24 hours a day – 7 days a week. It may happen that we close the shop for maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.

To shop at www.inxy.gg you must be 18 years old and possess a valid credit card, which we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, you may still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian’s consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase.

All our prices are quoted in USD and include 20% VAT.


How to complete a purchase at www.inxy.gg

You choose the item(s) you want to purchase and add them into the “shopping cart”. You can edit the contents of the shopping cart at any time and continuously check the content and price of the good(s).

  1. When you are ready to place your order, click the shopping cart icon and click “Checkout.”
  2. Then enter your information and select the payment method. Click the “Confirm Order” button.
  3. Then you will be directed to a secure payment page where you will enter your credit card information. You can cancel your order at any time until you confirm your payment information button.


The amount will first be deducted from your account once the item(s) leaves our warehouse.


At www.inxy.gg you can pay with the following methods:

We pay the PayPal or credit card fee on all online orders.

No refund procedure.


Acknowledgement of receipt of order and order confirmation

When you order an item from us, you will receive an acknowledgment (order confirmation) of our receipt of your order. However, there is first entered into a binding purchase agreement, when you have received an order confirmation from us.



Shipping terms

We ship all international parcels for free, using worldwide delivery services. We use insured parcel service and you receive a track & trace no. when we ship the order.

Delivery time is typically 10-25 business days (depend of your location).

Non EU customers. Please note that local charges (custom duty, sale tax) may be added to your order, depending on region and local custom duties. These charges are at the customer own expense.


30 days return policy

When you shop online at www.inxy.gg you have 30 days to regret your purchase. You have to inform us that you regret your purchase and then return the item(s) to us.

To exercise the return right, you should make an unequivocal statement by email within 30 days of receipt of goods.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

In return you should make sure that the goods are securely wrapped. You have the responsibility of the package / goods until we receive it. So keep postal receipt and tracking number. You must insure and pay the costs of returning the goods when you regret.


Please write with big letters “RETURN PARCEL” outside of the box/ parcel.

We expect you to dispatch as soon as possible after you have given notice of withdrawal, and you must return them within 30 days.

We do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery)


Documentation of your purchase

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or other evidence of your purchase.



When we receive the goods, we check it and you get paid back the amount you have paid to us upon purchase (including freight cost). The amount is always transferred to the same payment as you paid the purchase. Have you, for example, paid by card, reversed the purchase amount to the payment card you used for the purchase.

NOTE: You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the product is impaired because:

– You have actually taken the goods in use

– It has been damaged while you were responsible for it

– You have handled goods otherwise than was necessary in order for you to determine the nature, characteristics and the way they operate

– You have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal resulting from sealing, product type etc.
